SpeedZone gizliliğinize önem verir. Bu politika, uygulamanın hangi verileri kullandığını ve nasıl koruduğunu açıklar.
Uygulama; anlık ve ortalama hızınızı hesaplamak ve hız koridorlarına yaklaştığınızda sizi uyarmak için cihazınızın konum (GPS) bilgisini kullanır. Hız ve koridor hesaplamaları cihazınızda yapılır. Konum veriniz SpeedZone'un sunucularına gönderilmez, SpeedZone tarafından toplanmaz ve üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmaz. Harita görüntülenirken, yer arama ve rota oluşturma sırasında görüntülenen harita bölgesi, konumunuz ve arama sorgularınız bu hizmetleri sağlayan Apple Harita'ya iletilir (aşağıya bakın).
Tamamlanan koridor ve özel ölçümleriniz (koridor adı, tarih, mesafe, ortalama hız ve limit), kendi eklediğiniz bölgeler (ad, giriş/çıkış konumu ve limit), son aradığınız ve favorilere eklediğiniz hedefler ile ayarlarınız yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır; hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez. Ölçüm geçmişindeki kayıtları ve eklediğiniz bölgeleri tek tek silebilir, uygulamayı silerek cihazınızdaki tüm yerel verileri kaldırabilirsiniz.
İzin verirseniz, bir hız koridoruna girdiğinizde cihazınızda yerel bildirim gösterilir. Bu bildirimler cihazınızda oluşturulur.
Hız koridoru verileri, kimliğinizle ilişkilendirilmeden tek yönlü olarak SpeedZone'un sunucusundan indirilir. Bu indirme sırasında konumunuz veya başka bir kişisel veriniz gönderilmez. Her internet bağlantısında olduğu gibi cihazınızın IP adresi bağlantıyı sağlayan barındırma hizmetine görünür; SpeedZone IP adreslerini toplamaz ve saklamaz.
Uygulama hesap oluşturmanızı gerektirmez. Reklam, analitik izleme veya üçüncü taraf izleyici kullanmaz.
Harita görüntüsü, yer arama ve rota hesaplama Apple Harita (MapKit) tarafından sağlanır. Bu hizmetleri kullandığınızda konumunuz ve arama sorgularınız Apple'a iletilir ve Apple'ın gizlilik politikasına tabidir; SpeedZone bu verileri görmez ve saklamaz.
Mikrofon yalnızca siz arama kutusundaki mikrofon düğmesine bastığınızda, hedefinizi sesle aramak için kullanılır. Söyledikleriniz Apple'ın konuşma tanıma servisiyle yazıya çevrilir; bu sırada ses verisi Apple sunucularına gönderilebilir ve Apple'ın gizlilik politikasına tabidir. Uygulama ses kaydını saklamaz ve kendi sunucularına göndermez. Mikrofon izni vermeden uygulamanın diğer tüm özelliklerini kullanabilirsiniz.
Bir koridor için "Bu bölgede sorun bildir" seçeneğini kullandığınızda, yalnızca o koridorun bilgileriyle önceden doldurulmuş bir e-posta taslağı e-posta uygulamanızda açılır; göndermek size aittir. Uygulama kendiliğinden hiçbir ileti göndermez.
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu kapsamında uygulama, konum verinizi yalnızca yukarıda belirtilen amaçlarla ve cihaz üzerinde işler; SpeedZone konum verinizi toplamaz, kendi sunucularına aktarmaz ve üçüncü kişilerle paylaşmaz. Yer arama, rota ve konuşma tanıma özelliklerini kullandığınız anda ilgili veriler yalnızca Apple'ın bu hizmetlerine iletilir ve Apple'ın gizlilik politikası çerçevesinde işlenir. Sesli arama kullanıldığında ses verisi, yazıya çevrilmek üzere yalnızca Apple'ın konuşma tanıma servisine iletilir; uygulama bu veriyi saklamaz ve başka bir tarafla paylaşmaz.
Uygulama çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamaz.
Bu politikada değişiklik yapıldığında güncel sürüm uygulama içinde yayımlanır.

SpeedZone cares about your privacy. This policy explains which data the app uses and how it protects it.
The app uses your device's location (GPS) to calculate your current and average speed and to warn you when you approach a speed corridor. Speed and corridor calculations are performed on your device. Your location data is not sent to SpeedZone's servers, is not collected by SpeedZone and is not shared with third parties. While the map is displayed and during place search and route creation, the visible map region, your location and your search queries are transmitted to Apple Maps, which provides these services (see below).
Your completed corridor and custom measurements (corridor name, date, distance, average speed and limit), the zones you add yourself (name, entry/exit location and limit), your recent and favourite destinations and your settings are stored only on your device and are never sent to any server. You can delete individual records from the measurement history and the zones you added, and you can remove all local data by deleting the app.
If you allow it, a local notification is shown on your device when you enter a speed corridor. These notifications are generated on your device.
Speed corridor data is downloaded one-way from SpeedZone's server without being linked to your identity. No location or other personal data is sent during this download. As with any internet connection, your device's IP address is visible to the hosting service that serves the connection; SpeedZone does not collect or store IP addresses.
The app does not require you to create an account. It uses no advertising, analytics tracking or third-party trackers.
Map display, place search and route calculation are provided by Apple Maps (MapKit). When you use these services, your location and search queries are transmitted to Apple and are subject to Apple's privacy policy; SpeedZone does not see or store this data.
The microphone is used only when you press the microphone button in the search box, to search for your destination by voice. What you say is transcribed by Apple's speech recognition service; during this process audio data may be sent to Apple's servers and is subject to Apple's privacy policy. The app does not store audio recordings and does not send them to its own servers. You can use every other feature of the app without granting microphone permission.
When you use "Report a problem in this zone" for a corridor, an email draft pre-filled only with that corridor's details opens in your email app; sending it is up to you. The app never sends any message on its own.
Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the app processes your location data only for the purposes stated above and only on your device; SpeedZone does not collect your location data, does not transfer it to its own servers and does not share it with third parties. When you use place search, routing or speech recognition, the related data is transmitted only to Apple's respective services and is processed under Apple's privacy policy. When voice search is used, audio data is transmitted only to Apple's speech recognition service for transcription; the app does not store this data or share it with any other party.
The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from children.
When this policy changes, the current version is published within the app.
